Well, after a very long hiatus, our website has actually
been updated. There are still a few pages that are in need
of work, namely the race schedule and membership info, but
the pace should not be as glacial as before. Thank you for
your patience.

IRONMEN PREVAIL AT 2008 STICK-N-BACK!

January 2008) Veterans of Ironman distance triathlons
made short work of the super-sprint Stick-N-Back today.
Finishing first was Cameron O'Neal in 31 minutes, 8 seconds,
followed by Hernan "H" Altamar - both finishers
of the pinnacle of triathlon - that combines a 2.4 mile
swim, 112 mile bike and ending with a full 26.2 mile marathon.

YEAR OLD ETHAN BERG TACKLES ROTA BLUE HALF IRONMAN

Most fourteen year olds have ambitions like getting a high
score on Quake, going out with that pretty girl in class,
or just surviving their Freshman year in high school. Not
Ethan Berg.

year old Ethan Berg gets ready to start the half-marathon
portion of the Rota Blue Half-Ironman.
He
decided this was his year to complete a half Ironman. The
14th annual Rota Blue race was decided as the venue and
a rigorous six month training program embarked upon.

WINS
KADUKU DU

The sun was out and the wind was gusting occasionally -
perfect weather ofr the Miller Lite Kaduku Du mountain bike
duathlon. Topping all contenders was submaster, Ryan Holdorf,
who finished the run/bike/run event in 42:13.

little over a minute later was Guam Olympian, Derek Horton,
in only his second multi-sport race ever. And rounding
out the podium spots was powerhouse biker, Fred Gray,
in his first try at multi-sport. Fred clocked in at 44:23.
